Exterior Finish Materials and Options
Rochester Homes are finished with vinyl siding, shutters
around windows, and shingles. Home Max as a builder
will only have to put a
few finishing touches on the home once it is delivered. We have a
number of shingle, siding,
and shutter colors and upgrades to choose
from. In order to get the best possible representation of our material
and color offerings, please come and see.
Siding 
We use Forest Ridge and Shadow Ridge vinyl siding from
Georgia Pacific. We have 7 standard colors to choose from
and 2 styles,
traditional lap and dutch lap. We also have 5 premium upgrade colors to
choose from; these are made
with more intense and longer lasting color
polymers, and are backed with a 25 year excessive color fade warranty.

We also offer shake and round cut siding for a great accent to any home.
 
Shingles 
We build our homes with Duration Series Shingles with
Surenail Technology by Owens Corning.
These shingles feature a 10 year
algae resistan warranty, a Tru PROtection non prorated limited warranty,
and a Class A fire rating. We are standard with a 30 year, 110 mph wind
resistant, architectural shingle
which comes in 12 standard colors, see
below.

Shutters
Shutters are standard on all of our homes. We use a
louvered shutter availablie in 8 colors. You can also upgrade
to a
raised panel shutter, available in the same colors, or 5 1/2" exterior
trim around windows- available
in white or beige to match the exterior
trim of the home.
This home is shown with an upgrade color of siding and the
upgrade 5 1/2" trim around the windows.
